4. Before loading, make sure that the materials to be loaded are free of caking and other sundries, and do not allow sundries, blocks, etc. to enter the tank. If available, filter through filter screen.
5. Before closing the tank cover, the sundries such as the sealing ring, the tank cover, the moving mechanism and the accumulated materials on the operation platform shall be cleaned.
6. When closing the tank cover, it is strictly prohibited to use the casing and other force devices, and it is strictly prohibited to use pedals, otherwise it may cause personal and tank cover damage.
7. People with acrophobia or other conditions or physical conditions are not allowed to operate on or off the platform.
8. The speed of the air compressor shall be controlled within the rated speed of 950-1000r / min, and the speed increase or deceleration must be slow, otherwise it is easy to damage the air compressor.
9. Do not stop the air compressor before the internal air pressure is completely eliminated, otherwise it is easy to damage the air compressor cylinder and cause damage to the air compressor.
10. During the unloading process, pay attention to the unloading air pressure gauge at any time. The pressure shall not exceed the specified air pressure. The work of safety valve must be sensitive and reliable.
11. After unloading, the manhole cover and discharge disc valve must be closed, and there shall be no compressed air in the tank during transportation.
